Once your Toll-Free SMS Campaign is approved, you can send compliant SMS messages for notifications, reminders, customer support, appointment updates, marketing campaigns, and more.

Before You Register
Prepare the following information:
- Legal business name
- DBA (Doing Business As) or brand name (if applicable)
- Business address

- SMS campaign details
- Sample SMS messages
- Customer opt-in process
- Toll-free number

- Only Textr Team Owners can submit a Toll-Free SMS Campaign registration.
- All registration information must be completed in English.
- Toll-free SMS Campaign Registration is free.
- Carrier review typically takes up to 14 business days.
- SMS messaging cannot be used until your campaign has been approved.

Register a Toll-Free SMS Campaign
1. Open Textr Team
Sign in to the Textr Team Web App: https://team.textrapp.com/.
A toll-free number is required before you can register a Toll-Free SMS campaign. If you don't already have one, go to Numbers → Select Country → US/CA Toll Free to subscribe to a toll-free number.

2. Start registration
Navigate to: Settings → Register SMS Campaign → Register

3. Complete the registration
Fill in the following information in English:
- Business Information
- Legal Name
- DBA or Brand Name
- Business Address
- Website

- Business Contact
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address

- Campaign Details
- Describe how SMS will be used
- Explain where customers find your business phone number
- Provide sample SMS messages
- Explain how customers opt in
- Indicate whether you previously used another messaging provider
- List any URLs included in your messages

4. Select a toll-free number
Choose the toll-free number to register.

5. Track your registration
You can view the registration status at any time. If your application is rejected, update the required information and submit a new registration.
